At the Combat Base Club we don't believe in the traditional affiliate system. Training groups are collectives of individuals who wish to learn and grow in jiu jitsu together. You don't have to be a formal academy to be a part of the Combat Base Club. Some training groups are full academies with many students, others are a small group of friends in a garage.

Your website states that Premium Club Members are eligible for ranking through Combat Base, how does that work?
Yes, a premium membership does allow students to be ranked through Combat Base. Please note, this is not a guarantee of ranking or promotion. All Combat Base Club members are held to the same standards and will be ranked accordingly.

I signed up for a group membership, how do I get my group buy discount?
Group memberships provide a 20% discount on bulk purchases of 10 items or more. All you need to get this discount is add the 10 items or more to your shopping cart and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
How do my students, or training partners, get their basic membership discount?
When you signed up for your group membership you should have received a welcome email that includes your designated discount code. Please also check your spam folder. If you don't have the email, please contact us and we can retrieve your discount code for you.

After submission, your application will be reviewed within 48 hours.

Please submit your request to edit/update your training group by filling out the form here.

How long until my order ships?
Most orders will ship within 24 hours Monday-Friday excluding holidays. This does NOT include pre-orders. If an item is a pre-order, it will generally ship approximately 30 days after the end of the pre-order cut off date unless otherwise specified. If you have a question about when your order shipped or will ship, please use our contact form to inquire.

We're sorry to see you go! To cancel, go to the My Account page and click on the My Subscription tab. Once there you will see the option to cancel your membership. You can continue to use your membership until the end of your current billing period.
Is it possible to upgrade/downgrade my membership?
Absolutely, go to the My Account page and click on the My Subscription tab. Once there you will see the option to upgrade or downgrade your Combat Base Club membership.
